"Pretty with a Purpose means striving to become 1% better every day and setting small goals to evolve into the best version of oneself. Each individual has their own unique purpose in life, and it's essential to recognize that everyone is valued in some shape, way, or form—especially when it comes to promoting mental health awareness," says Kiara.

This scholarship opportunity will be utilized to further her education at Winston Salem State University in North Carolina, where she plans to study nursing with a specialization in Neonatal care.
To Autumn, being 'pretty with a purpose' means treating others as you would want to be treated. It embodies mental health awareness through the willingness to uplift others rather than bring them down. This philosophy also includes having confidence and the courage to be determined in achieving one’s goals. These traits truly represent what it means to be someone who acts 'pretty with a purpose.'
